    Best material for jeans

    These are my go-to pants for biking around the city, going out, or travelling to new places. The four-way stretch is unparalleled, and the materials wears evenly. I’ve found that some of the other materials show visible signs of wear on the butt where it rubs against the bike saddle, much earlier than expected in the product lifecycle.

    Liked them enough that I just ordered a second pair in black

    I am slowly moving into tight pants, and only because of stretch. I was never one to shrink my Levis onto my body because I want to be able to bend at all the places I have joints. I bought these because they were on sale, and only painfully rather than prohibitively expensive. I love them. I don't have to use a pants clip to keep them out of my bike chain. They have the full complement of jeans' pockets and a proper fly with belt loops, and with a belt will stay up regardless of how much heavy stuff I cram into my pockets. My first pair of equivalently tight pants were elastic waisted, and I was always pulling them up. These I don't have to think about.

    Flattering and comfortable. A great combination! The colour was more uniformly dark than I expected, but it sounds like it'll get that washed out look the more it goes into the laundry.
