What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy in our pants.
Regular priced items purchased from our online store can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for 1) an exchange for another product or 2) a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
Sale and discounted items are eligible for an exchange or store credit only, within 30 days of the delivery date.
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original hang tags still attached to the garment. Proof of purchase must be verifiable and the returnable condition of the product is left to the discretion of our customer service team.

You are responsible for all shipping expenses on the return of all DUER items. Please note that all returns and exchanges are assessed on case by case basis.
Only items that have been purchased directly from DUER can be returned to us. Any purchases made through a third party retailer must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refund policy.
How do I return an item I purchased online in the United States?
For customers within the United States we accept exchanges and returns within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to shipping out any returns - failure to do so will result in a lost package.

Do you cover the charges for return shipping?
The customer must pay for all shipping expenses associated with the return or exchange of DUER items. Exceptions may be made if the reason for the return is a mistake on our behalf, such as if you received a damaged item or an incorrect order.
How long will it take for me to receive a refund?
Upon receiving your returned DUER merchandise by our customer service team, a refund in the amount of the purchase (excluding any shipping costs) will be issued to you within 5 business days, depending on your financial institution. You will receive a separate email confirming your refund details.
Refunds can only be issued to the credit card (original method of payment) that was used to make the original purchase.
