Annual spend is the amount of money spent on products (excluding discounts, taxes, shipping and returns) with duer.ca or in a Duer store. Unfortunately purchases made using other email addresses or at 3rd party retailers don't count. Annual spend is based on a rolling 12-month period from either your program enrolment date or your tier upgrade date, whatever is most recent.

There is a 30-day grace period for users to enrol post-purchase and claim the spend from orders within 30 days from their enrolment date.

Your membership account information will only be used for facilitating this program, and to ensure you are receiving the rewards you have earned. We will not use this information for other purposes. For more information about how the program works, please see the Duer 360 Club Terms of Service.
