Rewards Terms and Conditions

This page sets out important information about DUER Rewards (‘Program’), that rewards customers (‘You’ or ‘Your’) with DUER points when you shop in-store at DUER or online at shopduer.com (the ‘Website’). The Program is made available by Pimlico Performance Apparel Limited (‘DUER’ or ‘we’) on the following terms and conditions.
End of Rewards Program
At DUER, we're proud of the community we've built through the DUER Rewards Program and are grateful for your participation. Please be aware that while we aim to offer a consistent and rewarding experience, circumstances have required the conclusion of the Rewards Program. We are committed to providing clear information and guidance to ensure a smooth transition for all our valued Members. Further details on the conclusion process and how it affects your accrued points and membership benefits is outlined in the information below.

In addition, where required by law or at our discretion, DUER will provide notice of such amendment to Members using email and/or your mailing address, or any other contact information we have for you in our discretion. Where required by law, this notice will be provided at least thirty (30) days before the amendment comes into effect and will set out, where required by law, the new clause, or the modified clause and how it read formerly, and the date on which the amendment will come into effect. You may refuse the amendment and rescind, or cancel your participation in the Rewards Program without cost, penalty or cancellation indemnity, by sending us notice to that effect no later than thirty (30) days after the amendment comes into force, using the information in the notice and by opting out of the Rewards Program by emailing contactus@shopduer.com. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, your continued participation in the Rewards Program after the date specified in such notice constitutes your full acceptance of, and agreement to be legally bound by, the terms the Rewards Program, as revised.
You may opt out of the Rewards Program at any time by canceling your Rewards Program account. To cancel your account, submit a deletion request via our email address contactus@shopduer.com. If you cancel your account or if your participation in the Rewards Program is otherwise terminated, you will not be able to use the benefits of the Rewards Program, including in relation to purchases made while a Member of the Rewards Program, and all such benefits will become void.
Joining DUER Rewards
In order to redeem DUER points, you must become a member (‘Member’). Only one membership (‘Membership’) is permitted per individual. DUER reserves the right to accept or reject any application and shall not be required to provide any reason for such acceptance or rejection. There is no cost associated with signing up to the Program.
Signing up as a Member to DUER Rewards either in-store or online at shopduer.com is deemed acceptance of these terms, as amended by DUER from time to time. DUER may change, modify, limit, and/or eliminate the Rewards Program and/or all or any portion of these Rewards Program Terms or any policy pertaining to the Membership Program from time to time and at its discretion.
You can become a Member by completing the registration process in-store or on the Website. Failure to provide any information designated as mandatory will mean you will be ineligible for Membership. All information provided must be true and correct. You agree to keep your details up to date at all times by making changes through the Website, or by advising a staff member in store.
When you access your account online, you will be required to create a secure password to access your account via the Website. You agree not to disclose your password to any other person.
Collecting DUER Rewards
Please note that as of March 7, 2024, the DUER Rewards Program has been concluded, and the collection of Points for purchases and other activities, as previously detailed in this section, is no longer active. This includes points for purchases in-store or online, points for writing reviews, points for social media interactions, birthday points, and points for subscribing to DUER News.
However, we understand the value of the Points you have accumulated. As such, Members will be able to use their accrued Points. Customers will have until March 31st, 2025, to redeem any points online and instore they have already earned. After this period, any remaining Points that remain can be redeemed by contacting DUER at contactus@shopduer.com.
Redeeming DUER Rewards
DUER reserves the right to require identification when collecting and redeeming Points or other benefits.
Points do not have any value and cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards or any DUER products and services except as expressly set out in these Terms.
Where the purchase price exceeds the value of Points associated with your account, you must pay the difference. When Points are redeemed, Points will not be earned on the value of the Points redeemed.
Rewards points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other discount code, one or the other must be selected.
A maximum of 2,000 Rewards Points (the equivalent to $100 DUER Dollars) can be redeemed at one time, on any one transaction.
If, in accordance with DUER’s returns policy, you return a product on which you have earned Points, the Points will be deducted from your Points balance. If your Points balance is 0, you will go into negative Points.
General
From time to time, DUER may provide Members with additional offers, promotions or benefits in connection with the Program. In this event, the above terms and conditions will apply in addition to any specific terms accompanying such promotions.
DUER may revoke your Membership at any time without notice and for any reason (including, but not limited to, fraudulent use of the Program or behaviour which, in the view of DUER, is not acceptable). In the event that your Membership is revoked, all accrued Points will expire from the date of revocation, and you will have no further entitlement in respect of the Program.
The Rewards Program's Termination
DUER may, at its sole discretion, decide to terminate the DUER Rewards Program. In the event of such termination, the following terms and conditions will apply:
Notification of Termination: DUER will provide advance notice to all active Members through direct communication, using the contact information available in the Member's account. This notice will detail the reason for the program's termination, the effective date of termination, and any actions Members must or may take in response to the termination.
Redemption of Points: Members will have until March 31st, 2025, to redeem any outstanding Points in store and online. The period will not be less than a year (365 days) from the date of the notice. After this period, any remaining Points that remain can be redeemed by contacting DUER at contactus@shopduer.com.
Adjustments or Claims: Members wishing to make any adjustments or claims related to their Points or membership must do so within the notice period. DUER will not entertain any adjustments, redemptions, or claims regarding Points after the expiry of the notice period.
No Liability: DUER will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the termination of the Rewards Program, including but not limited to any loss of opportunity to redeem Points or any perceived value of the Points.
Finality of Decisions: All decisions made by DUER regarding the termination of the Rewards Program, including the handling and forfeiture of Points, shall be final and binding on all Members.
Amendment of Terms: DUER reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. However, any amendments that materially affect Members' use of accumulated Points will be communicated to Members in the manner deemed appropriate by DUER.
