You have until March 31st, 2025, to redeem any points online and instore you have already earned. After this period, any remaining Points can be redeemed by contacting DUER at contactus@shopduer.com.

As of March 7, 2024, the loyalty program has ended.
To sign up, simply click the SIGN-UP button and follow the prompts. Once you’re registered with DUER, you will be able to see your previously earned points until March 31st, 2025.
You can keep track of how many points you’ve earned by logging into your account (or creating an account) and visiting our DUER Rewards page. After March 31st, 2025, you will no longer be able to redeem your loyalty points through the standard process on our website or in stores. However, any remaining points can still be redeemed by contacting DUER directly at contactus@shopduer.com. We encourage all customers to use their points before this date to take full advantage of their value.
Yes, every purchase you made as an account holder earns points, from March 1st, 2019, through March 6th, 2024. It doesn't matter if you buy items on sale or at full price, you'll accumulate points with each purchase. However, purchasing gift cards is an exception; these transactions do not earn points. Additionally, the points you earn are tied to our 30-day return policy. This means that points for any item are confirmed and finalized30 days after purchase, provided the item hasn't been returned within that window. For unique promotions or special campaigns, we will provide specific instructions on how to redeem your rewards, so keep an eye out for updates!
Not only can you easily see how many points you have during the checkout process, but you can spend them at the same time, even on some of our sale items! Simply slide the points bar to match up with the amount you’d like to redeem and you’re all set! You can also redeem your points in-store.
Every 200 points = $10 DUER Dollars.

You'll receive your points 30 days after your purchase. This allows you to receive your pants, try them on, review them and decide to keep them. We don't want to put you into a negative point balance just because your order wasn't right, so it's best to wait until you can access your points.
If you make a return on any of your purchases, you lose the points associated with that purchase. Basically, if you do a return, it’s as if you never made that purchase at all. You won't get your points for your purchase until the return period has passed, so you don't need to worry about going into negative points.
Currently, we are unable to combine points from multiple accounts. We suggest using one email for your DUER Rewards account. This ensures that all your points are in one place, and you are correctly credited for everything you do.
At this time, you can redeem a maximum of 2,000 points in one transaction.That's $100 DUER Dollars off your next pair of pants!
