To sign up, simply click the SIGN UP button and follow the prompts. Once you’re registered with DUER, you’ll be earning points in no time.

You can keep track of how many points you’ve earned by logging into your account (or creating an account) and visiting our DUER Rewards page.

Every $1 spent at DUER will earn you 1 point. Visit the DUER Rewards page for a list of all the ways to earn points. You can earn points by completing one time only actions as well as earn points on an ongoing basis.

Nope! The program is completely free of charge and you can deactivate your account whenever you’d like (although we hope you never do).

Any points you had form our previous Referral Program are still on your account. Plus, any purchased made from DUER Rewards launch on March 1st 12am PST 2019 will earn you points. So, don't worry, just create an account and your points will be there waiting for you!

Once you have your account set up, you’re all set to start earning points. Every purchase will earn points, regardless if the item is on sale or full price.
In the event of any unique promotions or campaigns, you’ll receive specific instructions on how to earn and receive your rewards.

Not only can you easily see how many points you have during the checkout process, but you can spend them at the same time, even on some of our sale items! Simply slide the points bar to match up with the amount you’d like to redeem and you’re all set! You can also redeem your points in-store.

Every 200 points = $10 DUER Dollars.

You'll receive your points 30 days after your purchase. This allows you to receive your pants, try them on, review them and decide to keep them. We don't want to put you into a negative points balance just because your order wasn't right, so it's best to wait until you can access your points.

If you make a return on any of your purchases, you lose the points associated with that purchase. Basically if you do a return it’s as if you never made that purchase at all. You won't get your points for your purchase until the return period has passed, so you don't need to worry about going into negative points.

Nope! These are your hard earned points, we don’t want to take them from you.

At this time we are unable to combine points from multiple accounts. We suggest using one email for your DUER Rewards account. This ensures that all your points are in one place and you are correctly credited for everything you do.

You must like / follow us via the link on the DUER Rewards page for points to automatically register in your account. Additionally, please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your point balance to adjust.

At this time you can redeem a maximum of 2,000 points in one transaction. That's $100 DUER Dollars off your next pair of pants!
