CONTEST PERIOD 

The DUER x Banff Mountain Film & Book Festival World Tour Giveaway Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Pimlico Performance Apparel Ltd. (DUER) (the “Sponsor”) and co-hosted by: 

  • Aliments Sly (operating as SLY Foods) 

  • Hover Air, LLC 

  • Equip Outdoor Technologies UK Ltd. (owner of the RAB® brand) 

  • YETI Holdings, Inc. 

The Contest runs between December 4, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. PST and April 15, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. PST (“End Time”) and is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who are of the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.

The Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, extend the End Time. Entries received after the End Time may be disqualified.

The winner will be drawn on a date and time determined by the Sponsor and communicated directly to the selected entrant.

 

PRIZE INFORMATION 

There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won, consisting of the following: 

  • One (1) RAB Microlight Windstopper Down Jacket — Approx. Retail Value: $450 CAD 

  • One (1) YETI 18 Soft Cooler — Approx. Retail Value: $400 CAD 

  • One (1) DUER Gift Card — Approx. Retail Value: $500 USD 

  • One (1) Hover Air Product — Approx. Retail Value: $599 CAD 

  • One (1) SLY Foods Gift Card — Approx. Retail Value: $100 CAD 

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,049 CAD 

The Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded, is not transferable, and is not redeemable for cash. 

 

HOW TO ENTER 

To enter the Contest, an entrant must opt in to receive email offers and updates from DUER. 

All entries must be submitted by April 15, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. PST. Website tracking determines the official date and time of entry. The Sponsor and Co-Hosts are not responsible for technical problems, data loss, delays, or website inaccessibility. 

 

CONTEST RELEASE 

The selected winner must complete a legal declaration and release (“Release”) confirming: 

  1. Eligibility and compliance with these Rules 

  1. Acceptance of the Prize as awarded 

  1. Release of the Sponsor, Co-Hosts, and related parties (“Releasees”) from liability related to participation or Prize use 

  1. Permission for the Sponsor and Co-Hosts to use the winner’s name, image, likeness, voice, and biographical information for promotional purposes without further compensation 

The Release must be returned within two (2) business days of notification. Failure to do so will result in disqualification. 

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

By entering, entrants release and forever discharge the Sponsor, Co-Hosts, and all Releasees from any claims related to participation in the Contest or acceptance/use/misuse of the Prize. 

Entrants agree to abide by these Contest Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Co-Hosts, which are final. 

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS 

The Sponsor and Co-Hosts reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest at any time if circumstances arise that interfere with its proper conduct. 

The Sponsor and Co-Hosts are not responsible for lost, incomplete, or illegible entries. Any attempt to damage the Contest website or undermine operations is prohibited and may result in legal action. 

The Sponsor and Co-Hosts may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Rules, or behaves disruptively. Automated or bot-generated entries are strictly prohibited. 

If multiple individuals attempt to enter using the same email address, the authorized account holder will be considered the entrant.
