For the love to Flow. It’s what makes me come alive.
As an adventure athlete, it’s this state I pursue. I’m in love with pushing the edge of what’s possible and seeing what comes up and how far I can take it; mentally and physically, for now, and the rest of my life.

As a coach, I teach a foundational training method created to achieve physical and mental readiness for not one activity or sport alone, but a number of outdoor activities and extreme sports. 

This method fuses together several modalities including kettlebell training, calisthenics, yoga and metabolic conditioning. The result is a well rounded athlete with range, ready to perform at their peak level, who doesn’t back down from, but rather sees challenge as a way to hack into the hyper-focused, meditative state of flow
