Nice jeans for cold weather
These are nice jeans for very cool weather. I have worn these a few times when the temp is in the 40's and they kept me warm. The lining is not so thick that I felt like I was wearing sweats under my jeans and I did not overheat at all when indoors. I don't know how they would be for extremely cold weather, like freezing, but they are certainly much warmer than regular jeans.

More than just denims
I have spent so many uncomfortable minutes over the years trying on ill-fitting jeans/denims that after buying these fleece denims I went back for another pair. They are ridiculously comfortable, and sit/fit really well. The fleece lining is fabulous for chilly days. I'll have to see what happens after washing, as the label had all sorts of warnings about indigo, but for now they are unbeatable.
